If I have bought fresh roses, can I bring back the vase to purchase roses that last a year?

Yes, if you have purchased from Rose Gallery in the past and you would like to upgrade your arrangement to our timeless range, you can contact us to arrange this.

If I want the photobox arrangement, do I need to supply high resolution images?

Supplying high resolution images will ensure that your final rose arrangement looks perfect, but it is not mandatory.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship our timeless range both nationally and internationally. We do not offer National and International delivery of our fresh cut rose arrangements as the shipping process affects the quality and freshness of our arrangements.

What are your delivery times?

Sydney deliveries are from 9:00am – 4:30pm. One day notice is needed if a customer requires a specific date of delivery. If you would like same day delivery, please contact us on 0468648278 to arrange a time (extra charges may apply).

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately, we do not return rose arrangements once they have been purchased.
